This page explains how to request deletion of your Fieldcrop account and the personal data associated with it.
How to request account and data deletion
- Open the Fieldcrop app and sign in to your account.
- Go to the Account tab, then open Profile / Settings.
- Select Delete my account and confirm the request.
Alternatively, you can request deletion by emailing us from your registered email address through our website contact page at https://fieldcrop.co.in/ with the subject line “Delete my account”. We will verify your identity and process the request.
What data is deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove your personal profile information, including your name, email address, phone number, saved delivery addresses, wishlist, and cart data.
What data may be retained
For legal, tax, and accounting reasons we may retain a record of completed orders and invoices (purchase history) for the period required by applicable law. This retained data is kept secure and is not used for marketing.
Processing time
Deletion requests are processed within 30 days of verification.
